1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited and independent nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing an order.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be provided

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


3. Pre-Orders

Items sold as pre-orders are produced specifically for you. Once production has begun, pre-order purchases are non-refundable.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines and may vary.


4. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Shiftline Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days
